2. The available TIMES will automatically appear.

3. If the time you’re looking for doesn’t appear or it doesn’t allow you to select a different number of guests, it means that option is fully booked. Please choose another day to find the option you’re looking for.

4. Do not select a different number of guests than those who will actually attend.

5. We do not combine tables from separate reservations. If the option you’re looking for doesn’t appear, it’s because we’re fully booked. This is not the moment to get creative :)

6. If the information you enter is incorrect, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and notify you.

7. Once the reservation is made, you will instantly receive a confirmation email. If you don’t receive it, please check your junk or SPAM folder.

8. We do not accept reservations via email or Instagram.

9. To specify any important comments, please send us an email at contracorrentbar@gmail.com explaining it. For example, if you’re coming with a wheelchair or if you have a gift voucher.

10. To ensure the best service, PUNCTUALITY of all guests is very important. Please respect this as much as possible, as we strictly adhere to the kitchen and venue closing times.

11. After 15 minutes of courtesy time, if you haven’t arrived, the reservation will be cancelled.

12. To guarantee smooth service, we require a credit card as a guarantee when making the reservation. No charge will be made in advance, but if the table doesn’t show up or cancels with very short notice, and it prevents us from reorganizing the service (especially for tasting menus), we reserve the right to apply a compensatory fee. *For groups of more than 6 people, please call our contact number and the Contracorrent team will assist you.
